How a travel shoot works, from the brief to the weather.

It sells a feeling, not a list of features. That means real guests, real conditions and the small moments between the big views. We travel as part of the trip, so the content looks like the holiday your customers will actually have.

Yes. We regularly shoot in Europe, including Portugal, Spain, Italy and Switzerland, as well as across the UK. Travel, kit and logistics are all handled as part of the production.

Yes, and it's how we prefer to work. One well planned trip gives you a stills library, hero films and short social edits, all shot to the same plan, so everything looks like one campaign.

We agree the conditions we need before the shoot and make the call together by 4pm the working day before. If we postpone for weather and rebook within three months, you only pay the costs we can't recover, plus any weather fee set out in the quote. You can also build a spare weather day into the plan.

Yes. We travel with the group, keep a low profile and work at their pace, so it still feels like their holiday. We agree consent with you in advance, and anyone who'd rather not appear stays out of shot.
